For copiers, printers, scanners, and fax machines we’ve utilized OMC offerings since 1987. To maintain speed, functionality, and cost savings we currently utilize a combination of stand-alone printers and an MFP. Each device has had minimal downtime, but when needed their service department ahas always been prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. OMC has never given us a reason tolook anywhere else ofr our IT and hardware needs.
Milestones Area Agency on Aging is a 501c(3) nonprofit with a service area covering 17 Iowa counties. We have 3 main office locations, and 42 meal sites, many of which are located in small, rural towns. Prior to awarding our technology management services contract to Office Machine Consultants, I confess to having some concerns regarding their ability to meet the expansive and diverse needs of our multi-server organization; they assured me they would do whatever was necessary to make sure our needs were fully met.
OMC has been as good as their word. Planning and preparations for the off boarding/on boarding process were accomplished well in advance, communication was thorough and consistent with both our previous IT provider and myself, and the transition took place with minimal disruption to our operations.
